Brown Brothers Mliawa Wedding Photography – Brenton & Katrina

Where do I start with this amazing day? It was beautiful!!

We thought that it was going to rain and at the last minute the ceremony location was changed but we definitely got some beautiful photos! The weather actually worked well in our favour, not to hot and not to cold. High five to the Grooms and Groomsmen who stand outside in the hot sun in 35 degree plus heat in a jacket, vest and shirt! Well done guys! And I guess for the Brides who have bigger or heavier dresses it could get hot to! But this day was just perfect

There was no bridezilla in sight on this wedding day, Katrina was one of the most relaxed Brides I’ve ever photographed. Maybe on the inside she was freaking out but on the outside she was very graceful, calm and collected. As mentioned above, about an hour before the ceremony was about to start they decided to move the ceremony location to outside under the tree because it had stopped raining. And Katrina was so chilled! It didn’t stress her out at all!

Tricks to not being a Bride Zilla 

1. Go with the flow on the day! Whatever happens on the day it is what it is. Some things you just can’t change and you have to let it go.

2. Give yourself plenty of time in the morning. Don’t rush your hair and make up to happen in 1 hour! It takes a bit longer then that haha

3. Have some wine – who could be a bridezilla with wine in hand? haha
